Profiling and Matching Notice

Explains how WorkMatchApp uses profile, role, and usage signals to support job and candidate recommendations without fully automated final decisions. Version 2026-07-20.global1.2 ยท 2026-07-20

1. How matching works

WorkMatchApp uses structured profile, role, and usage signals to recommend jobs and candidates. Signals can include skills, experience, interests, industry, company context, work-style preferences, and derived usefulness signals from service usage.

Matching may involve profiling and automated processing, but it does not replace human judgment in final recruitment decisions.

2. Editability of data

You can review, edit, and extend your profile later. The goal is not to build a perfect profile in one go, but to support stronger matches safely and transparently.

3. What matching does not do

WorkMatchApp does not make automated hiring or rejection decisions and does not claim proven recruitment accuracy. Match scores and signal confidence describe only estimated fit and the quality of the available information.

4. Telemetry and quality improvement

WorkMatchApp uses mandatory audit and operational telemetry for service safety, billing accuracy, abuse prevention, and system reliability.

Optional improvement analytics is a separate setting. It prefers option identifiers and derived signals over raw text.

5. AI assistant boundary

The optional AI assistant helps draft text, explain options, and interpret context requested by the user. Its answer may be incorrect or incomplete, so the user must review it before saving or using it.

Text generated by the AI assistant does not make hiring, rejection, or eligibility decisions. WorkMatchApp match scores and the employer's final recruitment decision remain separate from the AI assistant's text response and subject to human judgment.
